A Creek Rehabilitation Plan was undertaken by RPS to provide a guide to the progression of rehabilitation works along a heavily weed infested creekline.
The Creek Rehabilitation Plan included the following elements:
- Method and staging of rehabilitation works
- Weed removal
- Bank stabilisation
- Maintenance and monitoring
- Project schedule indicating timing of the project, and
- Indicative costing of the rehabilitation project.
The Creek Rehabilitation Plan followed on from a Vegetation Management Plan that was also developed by RPS to develop management strategies to maintain and enhance the natural values of the golf course.
