Northeast Business Park

The 769ha Northeast Business Park is designed as a world class master planned mixed industry, business and marina precinct. Upon completion, the park will generate significant local employment directly and indirectly creating up to 27,000 jobs, and will be recognised as one of the pre eminent integrated communities in Australia. In addition to the 169ha MIBA precinct, Northeast Business Park will feature a 911 berth marina and a marine industry precinct with dry storage facilities for 500 boats, hotel and conference centre, golf course, 2200 residential dwellings and associated community infrastructure. Northeast Business Park is intended to be a key catalyst for strengthening the Caboolture region as a vibrant regional destination.
